NO RETURNS POLICY

We will not provide return payment for any product purchase once products have left salon.  Thank you for your understanding and helping us insure the integrity of the product ingredients when you make your purchase.  We reserve the right to adjust our policy at any time.


BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES
We will gladly accept any cancellation of booked appointments with a 48 hour notice and appreciate your consideration.  Any cancellation made less than 24 hours will be charged at rebooking.
We reserve the right to waive any fees (to be determined at time of appointment cancellation)


BOOKING FEE is needed when booking your first appointment with us.  It is refundable and applied to your service at check out. We will provide additional time for your consultation and service recommendations.
Color services-$50 booking fee
all other services-$25


REBOOKING FEE is required when rescheduling an appointment cancelled less than 24 hours.  We reserve the right to waive any fee related to cancellation policy charges.
First rebook without cancellation-50% of service scheduled
Second rebook without cancellation-100% of service scheduled

RECEPTION AND SERVICE AREA

we kindly request that additional guests be kept to a minimum to insure the private space we offer.  Any additional guest under 15 cannot be left unattended in our common areas without supervision for their safety.
